Choose your supplements. We add them into 30 daily packs delivered every 30 days. Just open one sachet each morning. No guesswork, no sorting bottles, no clutter.

How does the personalised quiz work?
Our 5 question quiz recommends a daily set of up to 10 supplements based on your goals. It pulls from 30+ available supplements using weighted tagging logic.
Will the quiz always give the same results?
No. Your answers shape your recommended routine, age, gender, stress level, diet type, training frequency, etc.
Can I customise my pack after taking the quiz?
Yes. You can remove, add or swap supplements before checkout.
Can I build my own pack from scratch?
Absolutely, unlike many supplement companies we don't force you to take a quiz or a consultation. Simply choose any supplements individually you want!
Can Regimen help me choose if I’m unsure?

The Supplements
Taking Your Supplements
When should I take my sachet?
Most customers take their packs in the morning, but timing is flexible, we do recommend that your take them with a meal and a glass of water unless stated otherwise..
Do I need to take them every day?
Consistency is the key to results and why we created Regimen in the first place and is designed around daily packs that fit easily into your routine whether at home or on your travels.
Can I take supplements at night?
Yes, Magnesium, Ashwagandha, and L-Theanine may even help with sleep when taken in the evening.
Is taking multiple supplements safe?
Yes, our recommendations avoid overlaps and respect safe upper limits and are checked for any adverse interactions. If you have medical conditions or take medication, consult a GP first. In addition food
supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy
lifestyle.

Where do you source your ingredients?
We use reputable UK or EU manufacturers and ingredient suppliers with full documentation and certificates.
What are NRV% values on the label?
NRV% shows how much of your daily recommended intake the supplement provides.
How do you label allergens?
We state and bold any allergens on all ingredients lists and include facility warnings for cross-contamination.
Why are some ingredients in milligrams and others in micrograms?
Different nutrients require different dosing units for precision and safety.
Are your formulas approved by UK legislation?
Yes, all products comply with UK Food Supplement regulations and safe dosage limits.
Quality and Safety
Are your supplements high quality?
Yes. We use trusted UK or EU manufacturers, GMP-certified production, full COAs (Certificates of Analysis), and batch-tracking for every supplement.
Are the products vegan/vegetarian/organic?
Many of our supplements are vegetarian, vegan and organic. Each product page will clearly list whether your chosen supplements falls into any of these categories.
Do you use artificial colours, fillers or additives?
No unnecessary fillers. Where flow agents are used, they are included in minimal, industry-standard amounts for capsule integrity and safety.
Are your products allergen-free?
We bold allergens on our product labels and highlight facility cross-contamination risks where applicable.
Common allergens like milk, soy, egg, gluten are clearly stated.
Can I take my packs on an empty stomach?
Most supplements are fine on an empty stomach, but items like Iron, B-Complex, and some minerals may cause mild nausea for sensitive people and would benefit from being taken after food.
Can I take all the supplements at once?
Yes, the packs and our supplements are designed to be taken together once per day unless otherwise stated. All of our supplements have been checked for any adverse interactions prior to delivering your packs with clear warnings and advice labelled where necessary.
Health & Safety
Can I take Regimen while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some supplements are safe and others should be avoided in pregnancy. Please consult a healthcare professional before starting your regimen to be sure.
Can Regimen replace a healthy diet?
Supplements support healthy habits but do not replace a varied diet or lifestyle.
Do you offer medical advice?
No, Regimen provides general lifestyle guidance, not personal medical advice.
Can I combine Regimen with other supplements?
Yes, but be aware of exceeding the recommended doses where there may be overlaps. Ask us if unsure.
Your Subscription
Subscriptions & Billing
How does the subscription work?
Subscriptions renew every 30 days, and your next month’s packs are prepared and shipped automatically a few of days before your current packs run out, so you know you will never have to break your routine.
Why was I charged a day or two early for my subscription?
If your scheduled renewal date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, we occasionally bring your order forward to the Friday before. Because courier services often pause over the weekend, processing your order slightly early allows our team to pack and ship it before the weekend begins, ensuring you don't experience a gap in your daily routine.
Can I have more than one subscription per household?
Of course! You can have multiple live subscriptions to the same address, you will just need to order them through separate accounts (you can still use the same payment method).
Can I buy a one-time purchase instead of a subscription?
Regimen is primarily a subscription brand to enable you to build a routine and remain consistent. However, you can cancel and change your subscription at any time if you are not satisfied.
Can I pause, skip or cancel?
Yes, easily through your customer account on the 'Your Subscription' page or through the Shop app. Skip a month, pause indefinitely, or cancel anytime. Make sure to do this at least three days ahead of the next billing cycle for the changes to take effect.
How do I update payment details?
Again this can all be managed in the 'Your Subscription' page or in the Shop app.
What happens if my payment fails?
We’ll retry several times and notify you so you can update your payment method to avoid delays and remain consistent with your routine.
Can I change the supplements in my next order?
Yes, you can change your regimen anytime before the next billing date. But remember to do this at least three days ahead of the next billing date if you want it to be included in your next order.
Packaging & Sustainability
What do the daily packs look like?
Each pack is a premium pouch (8cm×10cm) containing your chosen supplements. These come packaged in a sleek handy dispenser that is 30cm×8cm×10cm that is labelled clearly with the contents, ingredients, nutritional information and any advice or warnings like allergens that might be present.
Are the packs recyclable?
Yes, we know that daily packs can seem wasteful, but we make sure all of our packaging is recyclable.
Are the shipping boxes sustainable?
Yes, Regimen uses FSC-certified cardboard, minimal plastic, and efficient packing to reduce waste.
Can I reorder only specific supplements?
Yes, simply add or remove products in your subscription.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently UK-wide. International shipping may be added later, subscribe to stay in touch and find out when we start delivering to your region..
How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours and for those orders to arrive within 1–3 working days via our shipping partners on an express delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is £2.55, or free for orders over £30.
Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes, every order receives tracking via email.
What happens if my box is damaged?
Contact us and we'll make sure to fix any issues with your order as soon as we can to get your routine back on track.

Returns, Refunds & Issues
Can I return supplements?
Due to safety and hygiene, and the tailored nature of every regimen, we cannot accept returns.
What if I don’t like my recommended supplements?
You can simply adjust your next pack or contact us for further help with your regimen.
What if something is missing or damaged?
We’ll fix it for you, just email support through the Contact Us form with your order number and details including photos.
Can I cancel and get a refund for a subscription order?
If the hasn't been fulfilled yet then yes. After packing and dispatch, refunds are limited. Please make sure to make any changes to your subscription at least three days ahead of your next billing cycle.
Account, Technical & Shopify Questions
I can’t log into my account — what do I do?
Use the “Reset Password” tool or contact support.
I changed my supplements but the cart still shows the old ones.
Clear your cache or refresh the page or contact support for further help.
Can I change my email, address or name?
Yes, update via your account on the 'Your Subscription' page or contact support.

Is my payment secure?
Yes, our website uses PCI-compliant payment gateways with encrypted processing.
Do you store my payment details?
Payments are securely handled by Stripe/Shopify; Regimen does not store card data.
Do you sell my data?
No. We use your data only to manage your subscription and deliver your orders.
Are my quiz answers private?
Yes, quiz answers are used solely to generate recommendations and improve your user experience.
