Welcome to Regimen. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Regimen. Regimen operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a streamlined and personalised shopping experience (“the Services”). Regimen is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) together with any policies referenced herein describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and limitations of liability.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, and you consent to allow any minor dependents using devices you own or manage to access the Services.
To use the Services, including browsing or purchasing products, you may be required to provide certain information (e.g., email, billing details, shipping information). You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date, and that you have the rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device settings.
We do not warrant that any product’s appearance, quality, or characteristics will meet your expectations. All product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities offered to any individual, region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products from Regimen. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until (i) payment is processed, and (ii) we send you an order confirmation.
3.1 Rolling Subscription Orders
Many Regimen products are sold via a monthly rolling subscription. Each month, unless you cancel, you will receive a new sealed supplement dispenser containing your daily packs, and your chosen payment method will be charged automatically.
By starting a subscription, you authorise us to:
- Store and use your payment details for recurring billing
- Automatically charge you at the start of each new billing cycle
You may cancel, pause, skip, or update your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support@regimen.shop.
3.2 Subscription Change & Cancellation Deadline
To ensure changes apply to your upcoming monthly dispenser, you must update or cancel your subscription:
At least 3 business days before your next billing date.
Changes made after this cut-off will apply from the following month, as your next order will already be moving into preparation.
3.3 Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Because Regimen produces sealed food supplement dispensers, once your monthly dispenser has been packed and sealed, the order becomes:
- Final, and
- Non-cancellable, except where required by law (e.g., the product is faulty or mis-described).
We cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed supplement products for health and hygiene reasons.
If we decline, amend, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the details provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export.
3.4 Subscription Renewals & Billing
Weekend and Holiday Renewals: To ensure the uninterrupted supply of your daily packs, any subscription renewal scheduled to process on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or a UK bank holiday may be brought forward. In these instances, your payment method will be charged, and your order will be processed on the immediately preceding business day (typically Friday). This proactive adjustment guarantees your parcel is dispatched before the weekend, preventing shipping delays and ensuring your routine is not disrupted.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of purchase or renewal and will appear in your order confirmation.
Subscription products renew at the price in effect at the time of each billing cycle. If subscription pricing changes, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.
Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and to update it promptly so we can process your orders. You represent and warrant that:
- Your payment details are true and complete
- You are authorised to use the payment method
- Charges will be honoured by your payment provider
- You will pay all charges incurred, including taxes and shipping
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your monthly Regimen dispenser on time, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, strikes, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
If your dispenser arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the Services, including text, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, audio, video, and their arrangement, is owned by Regimen or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission from Regimen.
All Regimen names, logos, product names, and designs are trademarks of Regimen. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify. All other trademarks are owned by their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. You agree that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.
Future features or tools added to the Services will also be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or materials. We are not responsible for evaluating or monitoring third-party content, nor are we liable for any harm or damages resulting from your access to such third-party sites.
You should carefully review third-party policies before engaging in any transactions with them. Any complaints or concerns should be directed to the third party.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Regimen is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and Regimen. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, product issues, or disputes arising from your use of the Services. You expressly release Shopify from all claims related to your transactions with Regimen.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Some data may also be processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed by Shopify and third parties in other countries.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, publish, and display such Feedback for any purpose.
You warrant that you own the rights to the Feedback and that it complies with applicable laws and these Terms. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove content we consider inappropriate or unlawful.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, the Services may contain inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such information, update details, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purpose. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Violating laws
- Harassing or harming others
- Infringing intellectual property
- Transmitting malicious code
- Misrepresenting your identity
- Scraping, spamming, or bypassing security features
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
SECTION 14 – TERMINATION
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice. You remain liable for all charges incurred up to the date of termination.
Certain sections of these Terms survive termination, including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and others that naturally continue.
SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regimen and Shopify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through them.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regimen, Shopify, and their affiliates from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Regimen regarding the Services.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Regimen is headquartered. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
SECTION 22 – HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. We will notify you of material changes where required by law. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
