Cancellation policy

At Regimen, your routine should feel simple, flexible, and fully in your control. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel, pause, skip, or adjust your subscription or one-time purchase, and what happens once your monthly dispenser moves into preparation.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Regimen subscriptions are flexible rolling monthly plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you won’t be tied into a minimum term.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your Regimen account, or
- Email us at support@regimen.shop
Your cancellation will take effect in line with the cut-off times below.
2. Subscription Change & Cancellation Cut-Off
We prepare, pack, and seal each month’s dispenser ahead of dispatch to ensure it arrives in time for your next cycle. Because these are sealed food supplements, there is a point at which an upcoming order cannot be changed or cancelled.
To apply changes to your next monthly dispenser, you must make them:
At least 3 business days before your next billing date.
This cut-off applies to:
- Cancelling your subscription
- Pausing or skipping a month
- Changing products
- Updating your delivery schedule
Changes made after the cut-off will take effect from the following billing cycle.
3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Once your dispenser enters the packing and sealing stage:
- The order becomes final, and
- It cannot be cancelled, except where required by law (for example, if the product is faulty or mis-described).
We cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed supplement products due to health and hygiene regulations.
If you believe your order was packed in error after you attempted to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@regimen.shop.
4. One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases:
- You may request cancellation before the order has been packed and sealed.
- Once the order is sealed, it becomes non-cancellable, as with subscription dispensers.
If you need to cancel quickly after ordering, email support@regimen.shop with your order number and we will do our best to assist before packing begins.
5. Failed Payments & Billing Issues
If a subscription payment fails:
- We will notify you via email
- You will have an opportunity to update your payment method
- We may retry the payment before your order progresses to packing
If the payment cannot be collected and no update is received, your subscription may be paused until resolved.
6. Refunds After Cancellation
A cancellation request does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which covers:
- Damaged or faulty items
- Incorrect items
- Circumstances where a statutory right applies
Routine cancellations simply stop future billing cycles (subject to the cut-off in Section 2).
