At Regimen, everything we do is built around keeping your routine simple, consistent, and uninterrupted. That includes how we ship your monthly dispenser and any additional items you order. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are delivered.
1. Delivery Options
All Regimen orders are shipped via Express Delivery (1–3 business days).
We choose trusted carriers and services designed to get your dispenser to you before your next month begins, so your routine never skips a beat.
Free Express Delivery
- Orders over £25: Free Express Delivery (1–3 business days)
- Orders below £25: A small delivery fee will apply, displayed at checkout.
Express delivery timelines begin once your order has been dispatched.
2. Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
Your monthly subscription order is prepared so that:
- It is packed and dispatched ahead of your renewal date, and
- It arrives early enough for you to continue your routine without interruption.
If you place a one-time purchase or an initial subscription order, we aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible typically within 1 business day.
3. Delivery Estimates
Express delivery typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on carrier performance and your location.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- External factors (carrier delays, weather, strikes, or peak seasons) may affect delivery speed.
- Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title transfer to you.
We will always aim to provide tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
4. Subscription Deliveries
Your monthly dispenser is scheduled to arrive in advance of your next cycle.
To keep things running smoothly:
- Ensure your shipping address and delivery preferences are up to date in your account.
- Changes must be made at least 3 business days before your billing date, so they apply to your upcoming shipment.
- Weekend Renewals: We align our subscription billing with our shipping operations to get your order to you on time. If your regular subscription renewal falls on a weekend or UK Bank Holiday, we may process your order on the Friday prior. This allows us to dispatch your parcel before the weekend courier cut-offs, ensuring it arrives exactly when you need it to continue your routine.
If you ever notice your delivery may not arrive in time to continue your routine, email us at support@regimen.shop and we’ll help get things back on track.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is:
- Marked as delivered but missing
- Delayed beyond expected timeframes
- Arrives damaged or incomplete
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@regimen.shop with your order number and any relevant details or photos.
We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is submitted incorrectly:
- We cannot guarantee interception or redirection once the order has shipped
- Additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses may be passed on to you

7. International Shipping
At this time, Regimen ships within the United Kingdom only. We will announce international delivery options as soon as they become available.
